Tarangire Safari

This wildlife safari can deliver some of Tanzania’s best game viewing and photographic opportunities. The park is dotted with gigantic baobabs trees and there are plenty of migratory mammals and birds, big herds of elephants and buffalos and the might predators.

Safari Itinerary

Day 1: A game viewing at Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast at the lodge, you will meet your guide for a short briefing then drive south of Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park. You have the option to visit the culturally-diverse village of Mto wa Mbu set on the banks of the river of the same name, for a first-hand look at tribal life in the African bush.

We then check into Lake Manyara National Park where a picnic lunch is served at the Msasa picnic site, offering a fabulous view of the lake. You will have an afternoon wildlife viewing in the park, with its diverse flora and fauna, including some 350 bird species.

The park Preserve a variety of animals like the gazelle, impala, buffalo, wildebeest, hyena, baboon, giraffe, hippo, and the famous tree-climbing lions. Late afternoon we head off to the Tarangire

Day 2 -Exploring The Tarangire National Park.

After Breakfast, You will have a morning game viewing around Tarangire national park visiting the Silalei Swamp and Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park, which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. In the dry season large numbers of animals congregate along the lifeblood of the river. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, Greater and lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. In addition to the animal species, the park is famous for its century-old baobab trees and over 300 species of birds.in the park visiting the Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park, which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. In the dry season large numbers of animals congregate along the lifeblood of the river.

Day 3 – Nature Walk Drive back to Arusha / Airport

You will have an early morning nature walk at the area near the camp. The camp is overlooking the Lake manyara that has lots of flamingos, and there are also lots of animals and birds and we will also have chance to experience the nature while walking by the lake. We will have late breakfast at the camp and After Breakfast, Leave the Camp and proceed driving North to Arusha.
