Covered with spectacular landscapes, and a rich variety of wildlife, Arusha National Park is simply a little paradise and a great introductory Safari choice if you have a few nights before starting your Tanzania adventure. While smaller in size compared to the others, the park does have its own distinct charms.
Just a few kilometers northeast of Arusha town, visitors expect the same game-viewing experience as they find in other parts of Tanzania common animals like giraffe, Cape buffalo, zebra, warthog, the black-and-white colobus monkey, the blue monkey, elephant, bushbuck, and predators such as Leopard and Hyenas are present.
Birdlife around the slopes of Mount Meru, Ngurdoto Crater, and the Momella lakes is prolific, with many forest species more easily seen here than elsewhere on the tourist route.

Known for its huge cliffs and green surroundings, the slopes of this epic mountain forms the Center of Arusha National park and will give you a really unique experience. On your trekking, you have greater chances of seeing various animals and a lot of birdlife.
