Arrival Day- Drive to Tarangire National Park

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where we will be waiting to meet you once you have cleared customs, we will pick you at Kilimanjaro international airport on our way we will stop for breakfast around Usa river before proceeding with the drive south through Arusha to prehistoric-looking Tarangire National Park where you will arrive at your camp for a late lunch.

After your hot Lunch at your Camp, you will have the afternoon game viewing into a landscape dotted with baobab trees and umbrella-thorn acacias, visiting the Silalei Swamp and Tarangire River are the centerpiece of this park which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. In the dry season large numbers of animals congregate along the life-giving river that provides the only permanent water for wildlife in the area. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. In addition to the animal species, the park is famous for its century-old baobab trees and over 300 species of birds in the park. In the late afternoon you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Arrival Day- Drive to Tarangire National Park

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where we will be waiting to meet you once you have cleared customs, we will pick you at Kilimanjaro international airport on our way we will stop for breakfast around Usa river before proceeding with the drive south through Arusha to prehistoric-looking Tarangire National Park where you will arrive at your camp for a late lunch.

After your hot Lunch at your Camp, you will have the afternoon game viewing into a landscape dotted with baobab trees and umbrella-thorn acacias, visiting the Silalei Swamp and Tarangire River are the centerpiece of this park which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. In the dry season large numbers of animals congregate along the life-giving river that provides the only permanent water for wildlife in the area. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. In addition to the animal species, the park is famous for its century-old baobab trees and over 300 species of birds in the park. In the late afternoon you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Start your adventure early at around 5:30 AM, gathering your luggage and packing delicious breakfast and lunch boxes. Then, embark on a scenic drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority. As you make your way to the crater, you’ll witness the stunning landscapes that make this area so special.

Upon arrival, prepare to descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a unique ecosystem that promises an unforgettable exploration. This magnificent caldera is home to an incredible variety of wildlife set against a breathtaking backdrop. It offers one of the best chances in Africa to see the rare black rhino. The Ngorongoro Crater is known as one of the world’s greatest natural wonders, captivating visitors with its magical scenery and rich animal life. You’ll have the opportunity to spot many predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, and the elusive caracal.

During your adventure, enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the designated picnic spots on the crater floor, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. After lunch, head to the hippo pool near Mandusi Swamp, where you can observe these fascinating creatures up close. Explore the alkaline Lake Magadi, located in the southwestern corner of the crater. very early start at around 5:30am, we collect our luggage’s, breakfast and lunch boxes before proceeding with the drive to Ngorongoro conservation area Authority where we will descent into the crater for an in-depth exploration of this distinctive ecosystem. Enjoy abundant wildlife viewing set against this impressive backdrop. These drives provide one of the best opportunities in Africa to view black rhino, which tend to spend their time on the crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles; its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors. Another big draw card to this picturesque Caldera, is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, and if Lucky enough you will have chance to see the small cats like the Rare Caracal, Serval cat as well as the African wild cat which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. Picnic Lunch will be served at one of the picnic sites at the crater floor, followed by another game viewing visiting the hippo pool near the Mandusi Swamp, Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner which is one of the main features of the crater, the lerai forest as well as other parts of the crater.in the late evening you will drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
